Little Food Festival 2026 Competition
1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion commences on Wednesday 16 April 10:00am AEST to Wednesday 13 May 4:00pm AEST (“Promotional Period”).
3. To enter the competition, individuals can complete the steps above during the Promotional Period. Completing each of the below constitutes one entry into the draw.
a) Complete the Little Food Festival Parent/Carer survey via the QR code available on posters at the Little Food Festival or via this link
b) Complete parent/carer details on a child passport at the Little Food Festival.
4. Upon entering the competition, the entrant consents to be added to the Sandro Demaio Foundation (Little Food Festival) mailing list. The entrant can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in Sandro Demaio Foundation communications or emailing hello@sandrofoundation.org .
5. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
6. The draw: Seven (7) winners will be drawn at random at 9am on Wednesday 13 May 2026 by the Sandro Demaio Foundation to receive the grand prizes.
7. Winners will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) business days of the name being drawn.
8. Prize details: There are seven(7) prizes consisting of:
a) One of five $50 Bunnings gift cards.
b) One sports bag and apron thanks to Carisma Potatoes
c) One lunchbox pack thanks to the National Nutrition Foundation.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prizes is not included. In the event that the winner does not claim their prize within one (1) month of the promotion end date, then that prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded to another recipient.
11. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
12.. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Facebook will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained by an entrant, as a result of participating in the promotion (including taking/use of a prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
